Domestic Shipping Policy & Shipment processing time:

All orders will be processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not typically shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. This includes physical gift cards purchased online.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, please understand that shipments may be delayed. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders over $250 and standard $14.99 shipping and handling though USPS Standard 3-5 business days for any purchases below $250.
Garbarini ships to addresses within the continental U.S. only.

Expedited Shipping is an additional charge of $25 and utilizes USPS Priority Mail Express 1 day to 2 days shipping. If you would like overnight delivery on any purchase, please contact (720) 319-7766 within the hours of 9am-5pm MST Mon-Fri and our online customer service specialist will help you. During the weekend hours please call the storefront (303)333-8686 - all shipping charges for overnight shipments are paid by the customer.

If you contact our Customer Service team during the weekend or a National Holiday, they will be back in touch within the next regular business day.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

**Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur. Once an item has been labeled and shipped, it is in the possession of the shipping company and it is no longer in our control. We cannot cancel a order if its already in possession of the shipment company; you will have to receive the item and relabel it back to our boutique to receive any type of refund.

Taxes:

When applicable, will be applied at time of purchase.

Damages:

Garbarini is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping – we highly recommend insuring your shipment if you are concerned. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Be sure to save and document all packaging materials and any damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy:

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
