Return Policy

You have 14 days from purchase to return or exchange merchandise.

Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use & we require that the original tags still be attached.

No refunds or adjustments will be made for any original shipping and/or handling charges. The customer is responsible for any cost associated with shipment return and may select the carrier of their choice.

The following items are FINAL SALE & are nonreturnable:

• Discounted merchandise, items bought from a Sale Event or promotional items.
• All Accessories – Handbags, jewelry, sunglasses, candles, masks, scarves, hats, gloves, socks, undergarments, hosiery, bodysuits, and belts.
• Items purchased longer than 14 days.
• Items that have been altered from their original condition, items without their price tags still attached. Items that have been worn or damaged. Shoes without original packaging or with worn soles.

***We exclude any store closure dates from your return window (Holidays, Store Wide Inventory, Relocation, etc) and gifts purchased before Christmas have an extended return window to January 15.

If your items where purchased online – they must be postmarked back to Garbarini within 14 days of acquisition. Returns will not be accepted if they are shipped back to us beyond the 14 day window.

We utilize the tracking of shipments to verify when packages have been delivered, so that date will be accounted for when assessing return eligibility. We will exclude transit days when assessing the eligibility of returns so your possession dates are accurate.

Special Orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee & are only returnable for Exchange or Store Credit within 14 days of purchase.
