In 1967, The Beatles wrote and directed a television film called Magical Mystery Tour and released a soundtrack to the program. The cover featured the Fab Four wearing animal costumes: Paul McCartney dressed as a hippopotamus, John Lennon was a walrus, George Harrison dressed as a rabbit and Ringo Starr was a chicken. Although it seemed like a far-out idea to some, the album didn't disappoint and sold 7 million copies.
